Product availability: All items are subject to availability. Splash Ice releases products in limited-quantity capsule drops — once a size or item sells out, it may not be restocked. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer to ensure fair access during drops.
Pricing and errors: We make every effort to display accurate pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, with a full refund issued.
Order acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our payment processor.
