Complimentary shipping. Confidence in every purchase.
Enjoy complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States, with complimentary returns and exchanges on eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery.
Complimentary returns: You may request one complimentary return per order within 14 calendar days of delivery. Splash Ice pays for the return label. Start a return through your account, or email support@splashice.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Each return request is reviewed and approved by us, and we will send you an authorized return label. Please do not return items without an authorized label.
Condition requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Trying an item on to check fit is completely fine — we just ask that it comes back showing no signs of actual wear (deodorant marks, odor, stretching, dirt, etc.) or alteration. Please handle garments carefully when trying them on — items returned with a stretched, misshapen, or altered neckline/collar are not eligible for return, as this indicates wear beyond simple trying-on. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by us will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable, except where the error was ours.
Complimentary exchanges: You may request one complimentary size or color exchange per eligible item within 14 days of delivery, subject to inventory. Splash Ice pays both the return shipping and the replacement standard shipping. A complimentary exchange cannot be repeated on the same item. If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.
Final sale items: Items marked final sale at purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and return shipping for damaged or incorrect items is on us.
Order cancellations: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not already entered processing or production. Email support@splashice.com and we will let you know right away whether your order still qualifies.
