Shipping policy
Processing & Shipping time for Available Items: 1–4 business days
Capsule Drops are Made-to-Order — production timeline can last up to 4-6 weeks.
Early adopters of the Capsule Drops will receive updates at three points: when your order is confirmed, once production is halfway complete, and when your item ships along with tracking information.
Capsule Drops are labeled "Made to Order" on the product page to inform our customers before the item is reserved.
Shipping regions: We currently ship within the United States and U.S. territories only. International shipping is not yet available, but we're working on it — sign up for our list to be notified when it launches.
Shipping rates and timelines:
- Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping — 2–4 business days
Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Exact shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Delivery timelines begin once your order ships, not from the order date — please account for processing time above.
Order tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order directly through the Shop app.
Undeliverable packages: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Lost or delayed packages: Once a package leaves our hands, transit delays are the responsibility of the carrier. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate on your behalf.
